Cyber and IT security consultancy
Role – Brand identity & brand guidelines

Longwall Security supports enterprise organisations with cyber and IT security across complex environments. As the business evolved from a reseller into a managed services provider, the brand needed to better reflect the value of long-term, trusted relationships.

Challenge
The existing identity was out of step with the company’s evolution. Longwall needed a clearer, more distinctive presence that communicated trust, collaboration and expertise – moving away from conventional cyber security tropes and towards something more human.

Approach
Working as part of a wider repositioning, we defined the central idea of peace of mind through trusted partnerships and used it to guide the identity. The goal was to create a visual system that felt confident and professional, while expressing Longwall’s “one team” approach with clients.

Solution
A refined identity was developed around a new logo and a human-focused illustrative style – bringing clarity and warmth to a category often dominated by abstract, technical imagery. The system was applied across key communications, including the website and brand guidelines.

Outcome
The new identity repositioned Longwall as a managed security services provider, strengthening its presence within the enterprise security sector.
