Longwall recognised that their identity was out of step with the changing nature of the business. They needed a brand that communicated trust, partnership, and expertise – moving beyond conventional cyber security tropes to reflect a more human and collaborative approach.

Solution
Working as part of a wider brand repositioning, we helped develop a distinctive visual identity centred around the idea of ‘peace of mind through trusted partnerships.’ This included the creation of a refined logo and a human-focused illustrative style that expressed collaboration, clarity, and expertise – setting Longwall apart from typical cyber security brands.

The identity was implemented across key touchpoints including the website and comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring clarity and consistency as the business continued to grow.

Outcome
The new identity repositioned Longwall as a credible, trusted managed services partner – aligning perception with the reality of its expertise and strengthening its presence within the enterprise security sector.
